Deadlift 7x2
Every 1:15x7 rounds. Aim for heavier than last week by 10-15Lbs, or somewhere around 95% of 3RM initially tested. No touch and go. If you do not know your max look for a weight you could perform 4 clean reps with and use throughout.

Conditioning

24 Wall-Balls
16 KB Swings
8 Shoulder to overhead

L3- 155/105
L2- 115/85
L1- A weight to allow the s2oh to be done in 1-2 sets each round

:30 top of DB row hold
10 barbell bicep curls
:30 iso barbell curl hold at 90 degrees.

Lower Body
4 sets:
8 bulgarian split squat each side
:45 wall sit with plate if needed
