Crossfit FELIX BEGINNER COURSE

On-Ramp is our comprehensive beginners program designed to teach you the basic fundamental movements of fitness in a safe and fun group environment. In each class, you will learn new movements with proper form all while increasing your abilities and level of fitness.
We offer 2 course options. Mornings on Tuesday and Thursday at 6am for 3 weeks (6 classes), or evenings on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7:30pm for 3 weeks (9 classes). Over this 3 week course you will learn all the basics. From the really simple movements like the push-up, sit-up, squat, lunge and burpee, to the more complicated bar movements like the front and back squat, the deadlift, clean and snatch. The course is held in a small group setting, so a fair amount of detail and personal time is dedicated to all that attend.
