Strength
Front Squat + Back Squat 4x6
2 front squat+4 back squat each set. If you followed this progression either of the last 2 weeks look to add 10-20Lbs over those weights, otherwise you can aim for 75-80% of your back squat max or a challenging load across all sets.
Conditioning
4 rounds:
1:00 Deadlift
1:00 Burpees
1:00 Pull-Ups
L3- 185/125
L2- 135/95
L1- A weight allowing for fast sets of 8-10 reps.
