We are sad to see you go, but if you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do), we will always honor your original rate from your first membership with us. And yes this is 100% true. We have members who have moved away and moved back to Seattle years later and we still honor their old rates from when they were first members. Crazy I know...
In order to cancel your membership here at Felix, just complete and submit the form below. Please note that CrossFit Felix must receive your notice to cancel no later than the 10 days prior to your next billing date. Any cancellation received after that timeline will be processed to close out at the end of the following month. Example: If your monthly billing date was on the 18th of each month, your cancellation must be received on or before the 8th of that month. If it is received after the 8th, your cancellation will be processed out for the 18th of the following month, not the current month. Please note that if you have a scheduled payment within this period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.
