10 Supinated grip barbell row (heavy)
:30 gun walk hold with plate
Rest 1-2 Min
Lower
4 sets:
15 narrow stance squat w/ constant tension
6 heavy reverse lunges with same weight each leg (back rack barbell)
Conditioning
With a partner, 10 minute alternating EMOM
Min 1: Max burpees
Min 2: max MB cleans
Partner 1 will start on clean and the other on burpees.
