Bench Press
Build to a 1Rm on bench press. We'll be using this weight going forward to base some percentages off of for our bench work.
Conditioning
5 Rounds:
12 Overhead Squats
12 Burpee over bar lateral
24 Double Unders
L3- 115/75
L2- 95/65
L1- A weight that makes the 12 overhead squats difficult but possible in 1-2 sets each round. Should feel challenging.
Stretch- Quads, Shoulders
