Skills and Drills - Clean & Jerk

Pick a partner that will use similar weight and then over the time allotted, work up to a heavy but doable Power Clean, Squat Clean & Jerk. We want you to pick up the bar and perform a great Power Clean. Then, without letting go, perform your Squat Clean & Jerk.
