It’s time to go for that 1 Rep Max Strict Press. Remember, a max attempt still means a pretty attempt. If your form is cray cray, it’s not worth it. 1 Rep Max attempts should be repeatable, not flukes you can’t do again for 3 months. Use the following rep scheme to get there.
