Strength
It’s time to go for that 1 Rep Max Back Squat. Remember, a max attempt still means a pretty attempt. If your form is cray cray, it’s not worth it. 1 Rep Max attempts should be repeatable, not flukes you can’t do again for 3 months. Use the following rep scheme to get there.
5 @ 60%
3 @ 65-75%
Build up to your attempt by going with heavy singles the rest of the way.
