Team Rowing Intervals (One person rests, one person sprints.)

20 minute time cap to complete

At 50 minutes
7 Minute Team AMRAP (One person rests, one person pushes the press)
2 Push Press, 4 Push Press, 6 Push Press "Then start the cycle over again at 2"
2 Push Press, 4 Push Press, 6 Push Press "Then start the cycle over again at 2"
And so on...
