Handstands
This will need to be a bit creative. Handstand practice can be wall walks, inverted push-ups, headstand practice freestanding hand balancing work, etc. Anything getting people learning new inverted skills is great with their setups.
Conditioning
16 Minute AMRAP:
12 speed skaters each leg
12 hip checks in side plank each side
12 alternating jump lunges each side
