Spend 12 minutes working through skin the cat progressions and strength exercises. Ensure athletes are able to perform at least 1 pull-up and T2B before attempting more challenging skin the cat variations.

Conditioning
10 rounds:
4 Power snatches
8 Burpees
12 Box Jump Overs

L3- 115/85
L2- 85/60
L1- A weight that allows you to touch and go the first few sets unbroken

SUMMER READY CLASS

4 rounds:
5 Pause back squat (3 second pause)
Immediately into deload weight (as needed, have partner perform this) and perform 8 squats without full stand up
Rest as needed between sets
