Start around 70% of your standard deadlift max. Build up if possible but focus o positioning here since its a newer movement.
Conditioning
10 Rounds: (20 minute cap)
3 Muscle Ups
6 Alternating DB Snatches
9 Burpees
Stretch- Shoulders, Glutes
