Bench Press 10-5-10-5-10
Start these sets with 73% for 10's and 82% for the 5's build up on each set of the same rep scheme. Final set of 10 should be at or near a 10RM. Heavier than last week if you got a chance to do these. Otherwise start these with 70% and 80%.

Conditioning
Tabata Back Squat (from the floor)
Tabata Hang Power Clean
Tabata Push Jerk

L3- 115/85
L2- 85/60
L1- A weight that allows for consistent work to be done during every interval.
*No rest/transition time between tabatas, 24 straight rounds.
