    Athlete’s Choice of: Triple Unders/Pistols/Split Jerk (keeping weight less than 50% of 1RM)
Practice the movement of choice in EMOM format for 8 Mins (rep scheme varies for each athlete)

    10 Rounds:
    1 Rope Climb FB: 1 Legless Rope Climb
        OR
    1 Ring MU FB: 1 strict MU
    2 Squat Cleans @ 70% of 1RM
    3 Jerks (same weight)
