Warm-Up

Strength: Heaving Cleaning

Take the next 20-25 minutes to build to a safe, repeatable, good looking and heavy clean. If you can squat clean, do it. If you are power cleaning it, awesome, just add a front squat to each one. Make sure you hit each weight you try more than once.

Metcon - 5 Rounds for Time (12 Minute Time Cap)

10 Med Ball Cleans
15 Wall Balls
20 Sit-Ups

If you finish early, rest 1 minute max and then keep going until the bell rings.
