10x100 Row/Run
In teams of two, one person on rower and one person is running. Teammate 1 runs 100 Meters then Teammate 2 rows 100 Meters. Do this 5 times and then switch. At the end, each person should have run 5x100 and rowed 5x100.

Use the weight you can achieve proper depth at and cap your workout at 10 minutes. Do the best you can. You will be surprised at how well you do.
