Warm up: 5 min bike or row, 10 lateral lunges, 10 goodmornings,  10 walking samson lunges, 1 min squat hold.

Strength: Max plank hold, max pushup hold 1 inch off floor, maxpullup hold chin above bar. Rest as much as needed in between movements.
