Spend 12 Minutes Practicing L-Sits and Scales Scales and L-sit have both become popular with CrossFit main site lately as a tribute back to the roots of CrossFit and where it came from with a basic gymnastic bias. We'll be using scales a bit more often to train our balance and coordination!
