Level 3: 225/155, 135/95, 24/20
Level 2: 185/125, 95/65, 24/20
Level 1- A weight that allows for the barbell to be cycled quickly In this workout partners will alternate full rounds, parter A does 3 deadlift 3 burpees, partner B does 3/3, Partner A does 6/6... etc. At the 9 Minute mark athletes will change the bar weights and reset the AMRAP back to 3 reps and start over with Hang Power clean instead of deadlift.
