Warm-Up
Strength/Skill: Don’t sweat the technique.
Grab a partner and 1 barbell for the both of you.
Take 20 minutes to work on building to a heavy(ish):
Squat Clean + Front Squat
Or
Power Clean + 2 Front Squats
In minute 15 you should be attempting your first heavy(ish) set. That means you should have been building up slowly until then. Repeating sets at the same weight to perfect your technique.
More does not equal better. Better equals better.
