Strict Handstand Pushup
Athletes choose one of of the following, listed from lowest to highest proficiency, and spend 15:00 working on it. Each exercise (other than the first) has a prerequisite associated with the prior exercise to help coaches/athletes make selections.
(1) Pike Handstand Negative
(2) Pike Handstand Pushup
-Prerequisite: 0:10 Pike Handstand Negative
(3) Handstand Negative
-Prerequisite: 5 Pike Handstand Pushups (good, controlled reps)
(4) Strict Handstand Pushup
-Prerequisite: 0:10 Handstand Negative
(5) Strict Handstand Pushup with 0.5-2" Deficit
-Prerequisite: 5 Strict Handstand Pushups (good, controlled reps)
