Deadlift 8-6-4-2
Start the set of 8 at a heavy, but reasonable weight (2-3 reps left in the tank) then move up in load across sets towards a challenging set of 2 on the final set.
Conditioning
3x5 Minute AMRAP, rest 1:00 between each
2 Rounds of DT
then in remaining time AMRAP Bike or Row Cals
L3- 155/105
L2- 115/75
L1- A weight that allows at least one round of Dt to be done unbroken.
Stretch- Shoulders, Glutes
