This will be variable based on mobility. If you struggle achieving a good position from the floor, do not add a deficit. If technique is solid from the floor add a 25Lb plate under the feet or smaller if technique isn't there. Go by feel weight wise, building towards a fairly heavy triple.

L1- A weight to allow squats in no more than 2 sets each round
