Back Squat
This Squat progression is going to take us into the Open. We will start with a 5RM and each week progressively go up 1 rep. The goals will be to turn this 5RM into a 10RM by the end of the cycle. Stay conservative on this max by 5-10 lbs, no misses. Athletes need to log the loading they used to accurately follow this progression.
Build to a 5RM then perform 3 x 5 at 90%
