Note: As always for the Open, you will be given time to warm and prepare on your own. We will run each class in 2 heats. 1 at the 20 minute mark, and a second heat at the 40 minute mark. Everyone will partner up and you will judge each other.
For this Open workout only, we will allow all RX athletes who have registered to compete in the Open to drop weight for this WOD. If you are not registered for the Open, you may only drop on either pads, or please refrain from dropping all together.
