Technique: Squat Clean

Have athletes work from the top down with high hang position (~2” from hip crease) + Hang Position (above the knee) + floor

Starting with blank bar and building in weight, encourage athletes to pass through the various start positions as they lower the start positions. Allow 12 minutes to build for the complex, best effort to NOT set the bar down between start positions.

Keep adding 3 reps until time expires

5 min rest…

Then, however far you got in the AMR, (starting back at 3s), go for time.
(So, if you finished on the 7th rep in the set of 15 Squat Clean Thrusters, your “for time” workout will end on the 7th rep in the set of 15.)
