Things you should know

CrossFit Felix loves when people drop in. All we ask is that you abide by our simple guidelines to make sure everyone stays safe, happy, and fit!

Barbell Policy

We’re a soft-drop gym—meaning we do our best not to slam weights on the floor like we’re Thor. Drop/crash pads are available if you need ‘em. The only person allowed to go full send is Rich Froning, and he’s yet to bless us with his presence.

Experience Required

We require at least two months of actual CrossFit experience. Not OrangeTheory. Not “functional-ish” stuff some trainer made up. If you’re wondering what functional fitness is… trust me, you aren’t doing it.

We’ve got flexible drop-in options. If you’re a regular nomad, grab a punch card, it’s a better deal and never expires!
