Look, Felix started as a CrossFit affiliate over a decade ago. We are still rated one of the top CrossFit gyms in Seattle, and still help lead the charge in bringing the CrossFit community to the PNW. We’ve and trained hundreds of folks who now say things like, “CrossFit changed my life.”

And that part hasn’t changed.

What’s evolved is the label. These days, Felix is doing its own thing—under the name Felix Athletics. But make no mistake: the programming still draws from the core CrossFit methodology. It’s still about intensity, variety, lifting heavy things, moving fast, and getting real results. We just don’t have to play in someone else’s sandbox anymore.
