The Beginner’s Course is our comprehensive beginners program designed to teach you the basic fundamental movements of fitness in a safe and fun group environment. In each class, you will learn new movements with proper form all while increasing your abilities and level of fitness.
For Individuals | $200 for 4 Sessions
Prefer a more personalized approach? Our 1-on-1 beginner sessions are tailored to your pace and schedule. You’ll work directly with a coach across 4 private sessions, learning foundational CrossFit movements with focused, individual attention.
Two People | $300 for 4 Sessions
Want to get started with a friend or partner? Our 2-on-1 option lets you go through the 4-session series together with a coach. It’s the perfect mix of accountability and support, with expert instruction in a fun, motivating setting—just for the two of you.
In this course you will learn all the basics. From the really simple movements like the push-up, sit-up, squat, lunge and burpee, to the more complicated bar movements like the front and back squat, the deadlift, clean and snatch. The course is held in a small group setting, so a fair amount of detail and personal time is dedicated to all that attend.
